Completed over several carefully planned phases, this project began with the construction of a detached three-bay garage incorporating a self-contained studio apartment above. Several years later, the property was further enhanced with a substantial two-storey extension, creating additional living accommodation while seamlessly integrating with the original house.

As part of the renovation works, the front gable elevation was extensively remodelled, with the original brickwork carefully removed and rebuilt using matching materials to create a cohesive appearance. A new portico was then introduced, providing a striking focal point and enhancing the property's architectural character.

The final phase saw the construction of a linking extension between the main residence and the garage building. Designed to accommodate utility space while providing covered access to both the garage and studio, this element completed the transformation, bringing together the various phases into one harmonious and well-balanced home.
