Completed over two carefully planned phases, this project significantly expanded and enhanced the original property while maintaining a cohesive architectural appearance throughout.

The first phase involved the construction of a substantial two-storey side extension, providing additional living accommodation and incorporating a single-storey utility extension linking to the garage. As part of these works, the original single garage was transformed into a larger building incorporating a double garage with an additional bedroom above, accessed via a dedicated staircase, creating valuable extra accommodation while enhancing the functionality of the property.

Several years later, the second phase further transformed the home through the construction of new front and rear gables, extending the roof structure and unlocking the full potential of the upper floor. This major remodelling project incorporated a comprehensive loft conversion, creating two additional bedrooms and a dedicated art studio while seamlessly integrating with the existing house.
